1. You Do Not Have To Believe
Plenty of our guests do not believe in ghosts and have a fine night anyway. The tour is true crime, real history and theatrical storytelling. Great stories in strange places.

No jump scares, no actors in the bushes, no fabricated tales. Real history in real places, told by people who trained for months before they took a group out.

You will not just listen. You stand where it happened, breathe the air of the block, and on some tours you handle real paranormal gear. Nothing is staged, so the energy is whatever the night gives you.
No jump scares. Nobody in a costume waiting to leap out. Just genuine atmosphere in very old, very real buildings. Some guests still get spooked, and that is the place doing it, not us.
Our hosts are performers, part historian and part ham. You will laugh, you will lean in, and you will hear things about downtown you were not expecting.
Every walk is a little different. The route, the energy, the strangers who wander into it. Downtown at night becomes part of the show, and no two nights run the same.
Real crime scenes, forgotten buildings and the corners only locals know. People born and raised in San Diego leave this one surprised.
We do the homework. These stories are grounded in real events, real people and the decades that made this a strange city. History lovers, this is your tour.
Two serial killers, murders, disappearances, and the Stingaree years the city spent a century trying to forget. We do not skip the darker chapters.
A little over 1.5 miles of light walking, fresh air, and just enough suspense to raise the heart rate without breaking a sweat.
This is not a theme park. It is a working neighbourhood, and you see where San Diegans live, drink, work and occasionally linger a good while past their time.
Our hosts are trained to make you laugh, gasp and wince within the same ten minutes. Think of it as emotional cardio with a paranormal twist.
San Diego residents are usually the ones most surprised by what they did not know. A fair number of our team joined after taking the tour themselves.
Deadpan, dramatic, or devilishly funny. Every host brings a different flavour to the same route, which is why people come back and take it twice.
Your First Night
You meet your host under the Gaslamp Quarter Arch, 215 Fifth Ave, San Diego, CA 92101. From there it is about two hours on foot through the district's roughest decade and its best kept secrets.
